  • Promote the business through ELKE’s digital marketing channels.
  • Use business logos, photographs and descriptions for promotional campaigns related to ELKE.
  • Resize, crop or optimise images for website performance without altering their essential content.

This licence remains valid for as long as the seller’s listing remains active on ELKE, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Permitted Use by Website Visitors

Visitors may:

  • Browse business listings.
  • View products and services.
  • Download or print information for personal, non-commercial use.

Visitors must not:

  • Copy or reproduce website content for commercial purposes.
  • Republish business listings without permission.
  • Remove copyright notices or trademarks.
  • Modify or create derivative works from ELKE’s content.
  • Use ELKE’s logo, branding or content without prior written consent.

5. Copyright Infringement

ELKE respects the intellectual property rights of others.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all content uploaded to the platform, including photographs, logos, videos, product descriptions and promotional materials, is owned by them or used with appropriate authorisation.

Uploading copyrighted material without permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Reporting Intellectual Property Violations
